Acustrologer™ / Dr. Cherrie Laygo, DAOM, LAc.

1. Services
Acustrologer™ offers astrological readings and Acustrologer™ Hybrid Sessions conducted via video call by Dr. Cherrie Laygo, DAOM, L.Ac. All services are educational and reflective in nature. They do not constitute medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.

2. Payment
Payment for all services is required in full at the time of booking in order to secure your appointment. Your session is not confirmed until payment is received. All major credit cards are accepted.

3. Refund Policy

I ask for at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel your appointment. With that notice, you're welcome to a full refund or a credit toward a future session — whichever works better for you.

For cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice, a 50% cancellation fee applies, with the remaining half refunded to you. This helps honor the time set aside for your session.

Refunds are also issued in full if a service was not provided as agreed upon at the time of booking.

4. Rescheduling & Cancellations
Life happens, and I'm happy to work with you — I just ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to reschedule your appointment. Cancellations or reschedules with less than 24 hours' notice are subject to the 50% cancellation fee outlined in my Refund Policy above. For no-shows, I'm unable to offer a refund or rescheduling, as that time was reserved just for you.

5. Client Responsibilities
By booking a session with Acustrologer™, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete birth information — including date, time, and place of birth — prior to your session

• Attend your scheduled appointment on time. Both of our time matters — if you're running up to 10 minutes late, I'll do my best to still see you, though whether we're able to go beyond your original end time depends on my schedule that day. Arrivals beyond 10 minutes may be treated as a no-show per our Cancellation Policy.

• Maintain respectful communication throughout the booking and session process

• Understand that astrological guidance is reflective and educational in nature

• Exercise your own judgment and discretion in applying any insights received

• Acknowledge that no specific outcomes are guaranteed

6. Confidentiality
All client information is kept strictly confidential and will not be shared with third parties without your explicit written consent, except as required by law.

7. Recordings
Sessions are recorded for your personal use only. Recordings are provided to clients upon request. Clients agree not to share, publish, or distribute session recordings without the express written consent of Dr. Cherrie Laygo.

8. Intellectual Property
All session recordings, written materials, protocols, and content provided during Acustrologer™ sessions are the intellectual property of Dr. Cherrie Laygo and may not be reproduced, distributed, shared, or used commercially without written permission. Recordings are provided for the client's personal use only, as described in Section 7.

.9. Limitation of Liability
Acustrologer™ and Dr. Cherrie Laygo shall not be liable for any decisions made by clients based on astrological guidance received during sessions. Clients assume full responsibility for their own choices and actions.
